Naddaf Suite is a multi-tenant platform. Your business data is fully isolated from other tenants — no other user or business can access your data.

We take security seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by Naddaf Solutions LLC. "Services" includes naddafsolutions.com, Naddaf Suite (naddafsuite.com), and any related products or tools.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Services
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Naddaf Suite without explicit written permission
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to interfere with the Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Payments & Refunds
Naddaf Suite subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the monthly renewal date.
- All plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.
Marketing services are billed per project or on a retainer basis as agreed in writing. All service agreements are governed by the terms of the relevant proposal or contract.
Limitation of Liability
Naddaf Solutions provides its Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naddaf Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
